Respect and Safety
Enjoying a great party starts with empathy. The opposite replaces fun with fear, breaking trust and ruining the vibe.
In the unlikely event of harassment, please notify a staff member or call 416-937-2025. We will listen to your needs without judgment and provide support.
Harassment involves unwanted contact, offensive gestures, verbal abuse, or derogatory remarks based on personal characteristics, while bullying entails intentional harm, intimidation, or exclusion, typically repeatedly.
We encourage respectful conversations online and in person that contribute to a positive and inclusive vibe. Oops, did you cross the line? A sincere apology is essential for maintaining trust and respect in any relationship.
Our Public Health Commitment
Toronto’s DineSafe program regularly inspects The Junction Underground to ensure a clean and safe space. See their latest Report which is all good.
Please help keep our community safe. If you or someone close to you unexpectedly feels unwell with symptoms like fever, cough, sore throat and fatigue, stay home and rest. We’ll welcome you back when you’re better!
We monitor Ontario’s public health measures and advice. Our venue has ceiling vents to help reduce airborne particles, but this alone won’t prevent respiratory transmission. If you’re concerned, you can stand near the ceiling vents, wear a mask, or consider arriving early or later, as the busiest time is typically between 10 PM and 11:30 PM.
Thank you for helping everyone enjoy a memorable experience. See also Accessibility.
